Published March, 1923" on the copyright page, and with no indication of additional printings. Hardcover Book, no dustjacket, 5.5 x 7.75 inches, 370 pages. FAIR condition because the covers spine, margins next to the spine, and edges, are heavily scraped, scratched, rubbed and worn; otherwise the book is in Good condition, the front cover design remains bright and attractive, the endpapers are toned, as normal, the rear inner hinge is cracked but holding very well, the inner pages are tight, bright, clean and unmarked, and the author's inscription is clear, bright and fully legible.
