GOOD MINUS condition, the covers have some soiling, light staining, toning, and edge chipping; the spine coverings are splitting at the folds and peeling at their ends, but have been neatly repaired / reinforced with clear tape; there is foxing to the page edges and to the first and last few pages of each issue, especially heavy on the last few pages of issue 114; otherwise both issues are complete in their original wrappers, with pages that remain bright, clear and unmarked. ROBERT HEINDL (1883-1958) was a noted German criminologist. He introduced FINGERPRINTING in GERMANY as a valid identification technique.
