Includes a fold open map tipped in before page 117. Accounts and Diary of Explorations in the Southwest (Colorado Territory, New Mexico, Arizona) by two Franciscan Missionaries, Francisco Garces and Pedro Font, in the 1700s. GOOD condition: Covers have wear at the spine ends and corner tips, darkening to the edges, an unobtrusive scorch mark to the spine foot, but remain sturdy and lovely. The marbled page edges have darkened. Internally, there is offsetting from the leather covers to the edges of the first and last few pages, otherwise the pages are tight, bright, clean and unmarked. Overall a solid, quite lovely copy.
