FINE PRINTING, LIMITED EDITION, this being #1 of only 2 ARTIST'S PROOF COPIES (of a total run of 32 copies, consisting of 2 artist's proofs and 30 numbered copies).

SIGNED by the AUTHOR and ARTIST. This copy is ONE of only TWO ARTIST'S PROOF COPIES, hand numbered "AP 1/2".

Published by Brighton Press, San Diego. Printing by Hal Truschke. Binding by Klaus Rotzscher Bookbinding of San Francisco. 1992.

Hardcovers, black cloth covered spine and forest green paper covered boards with design on the front cover, 7.5x9 inches, 56 pages.

ILLUSTRATED with nine woodcuts by the artist Julia Talcott, printed in one, two, three, or four colors. The illustrations are striking.

NEAR FINE condition, a light bump to the bottom corner of the front cover, otherwise tight, bright, clean, clear and unmarked. A solid, lovely copy.

Especially scarce being one of only two Artist's Proof copies.
