GOOD condition, the covers are lightly soiled and toned with age, the spine covering has tears and chips, there is a small label on the front cover, the previous owner wrote prices realized by most of the items (which I think makes this catalog more interesting), otherwise just light use and age, still tight, bright, clean and clear. A solid, presentable copy.
