1922 Richard Wyckoff HOW I TRADE AND INVEST IN STOCKS AND BONDS First Edition
Published by The Magazine of Wall Street, New York, 1922. FIRST EDITION, as stated on the copyright page.
Leather covered boards stamped in gilt, 5x7.5 inches (13x19 cm), 190 pages.
CONDITION: The leather covers are worn, with chips and fraying at the edges and spine ends, splitting at the spine folds, and spine leather that is sunned and disintegrating (i.e. is becoming powdery which can rub off on your hands - a very common condition with this book that is not always disclosed); nonetheless the original covers are present, complete, and doing their job, and the gilt titling on the front cover is bright and sharp. Internally very nice, there is a previous owner's name (John A. Starbuck) dated in the year of publication (1922), some foxing and light age spotting here and there, a few pages with some dark offsetting likely from newspaper articles laid in at one time (text always fully visible beneath), otherwise the pages are tight, bright, clean, clear and unmarked.
A complete and presentable copy, with worn covers and a somewhat problematic spine.
