Printed paper covers, plastic spiral bound, 8.5x11 inches, 87 pages. Illustrated throughout with b&w photographs, drawings and fold-open line-drawn maps; as well as tables and graphs.
VERY GOOD condition, just lightly used, solid, bright and clean.
The General Plan was ultimately implemented, and the EMPIRE MINE STATE HISTORIC PARK was created. It is now a wonderful place to visit when in Grass Valley, California.
