Single page typed on the Governor's State of New York embossed stationery, 7.25x10.5 inches. The letter reads:

As you know, I am simply delighted that Mr. Robinson has been so honored. // I appreciate very much your more than kind comments about what my brothers and I have tried to do over the years. GOOD condition, two folds likely where the letter was folded to fit into an envelope (they don't really show in the photo, but are there), a bit of soiling to the upper corners, light signs of handling, still solid, bright, clean and clear.
