Illustrated softcovers, 8.5" x 11", 180 pages, illustrated throughout in black & white. VERY GOOD Condition: light shelfwear to the covers, sunning to the spine, internally a dark black former owner's ink stamp inside the front cover and on contents page, some light penciled notes & underlining here and there (can be erased), otherwise tight, bright, clean and the spine remains uncreased. A respectable copy.
J. G. Ballard (1930-2009) British New Wave science fiction writer whose radical writing and ideas anticipated the 21st century with unsettling accuracy. A censored post apocalyptic dystopian futurist, the dude has an adjective attributed to him - Ballardian - suggestive of a post apocalyptic dystopian future.
