Softcovers, staple bound, 35 page Residential Directory plus 94 page Classified Directory. There is a MAP of ROSWELL, New Mexico, on the inside rear cover. There is a unused receipt from "SCAVARDA'S / The Home of Fine Foods" with a girl's lovesick poem on the reverse. Scarvada is listed in the Directory.

FAIR condition: The covers have a lot of creases from handling, the spine covering has wear at its ends, there are a lot of words and some doodles on the rear cover and a few on the front cover, nonetheless the covers are holding up and doing their job well; Internally, the pages are toned / browned with age as normal, the first page has a name written on it, otherwise the pages are unmarked, tightly bound, and complete.

NOTE: There are MANY reproduction copies of this rare 1954-55 Roswell Directory, but this is the ONLY original copy I have ever seen.
