Contains a letter and reply insert to est graduates with 4 original brochures + 1973 first printing of Erhard's little brown book of aphorisms. est was the most influential group to emerge from the Human Potential Movement of the 1970s. Consisting of heady imagery, emotional confessions, est specific jargon and aphorisms, the training was ultimately about one thing, it was about what is. It was about cultivating the Zen like ability to be with and align yourself with the way things are. It was about allowing life to be exactly as it is and as it isn't and likewise allowing yourself and other people to be exactly who they are and aren't.
