GOOD condition: The covers are worn at the spine fold, creased at the bottom front corner, creased and worn at the edges, have some tape repair to the rear cover, and are scraped at the top corner area of the front cover from a removed label, but are still bright and doing their job. Internally the pages are very nice, tight, bright, clean, clear and unmarked. Kiyoshi Saito's signature is bright and clear.

******Kiyoshi Saito, b.1907 d.1997, was a sosaku-hanga artist in 20th century Japan. In 1938, he issued his first prints in his now famous "Winter in Aizu" series. Saito was one of the first Japanese printmaking artists to have won at the Sao Paulo Biennale in 1951. His later works merge modern elements with Japanese tradition.******
