Hardcovers, brown pebbled cloth, blind embossed decoration and gilt titling to the front cover, 8x10.5 inches, 234 pages. ILLUSTRATED with 34 unnumbered plates of views and portraits.

VERY GOOD condition: Lovely covers with blind embossing and gilt titling to the front panel, a solid spine (though the gilt spine titles have mostly faded away), and just light toning to the inner pages as normal; overall a tight, bright, clean and unmarked copy. One of the nicest copies of this book I have seen.

The 1934 History of Beverly Hills does not often come up for sale.
