On the same page below Wallace Bruce's inscription, the person to whom the book was inscribed wrote: "All rights herein transferred to Frankly E. Davis / (Howard?) Cook / February 18, 1935." Sweet. He thought his inscribed book was so valuable that he had to officially transfer the rights

Hardcovers, gilt titles to the front cover and spine, 5.5x7 inches, 310 pages. ILLUSTRATED with 4 COLOR FOLD-OPEN MAPS, and numerous b&w engravings.

GOOD condition, the cover spine is sunned / darkened and there is some wear to the spine ends, the inner pages are lightly toned at the edges, otherwise tight, bright, clean and clear. The four folding maps are in great condition.
