Evocative hyperrealism, women caressed by a scintillating glow and stolen moment sensuality define his romantic impressionist style. Royo is a hugely successful fine artist with a worldwide following of admirers and collectors, including King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia of Spain who commissioned Royo to paint their royal portraits.
